Delete your account
- Open iTaskSync on iPhone, Android or at app.itasksync.com and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
What gets deleted
- Deleted: your sign-in account, name, email address, profile and settings, notification tokens, subscription record and suggestions. Also any household where you're the only member, with all its tasks, comments, activity and templates.
- Kept with shared households: tasks and comments you added to a household that other people still use stay in that household (ownership passes to another member if needed). If you want specific items removed, delete them in the app first.
- Backups and logs: copies in our providers' backups and logs are removed on their normal schedules. We keep a record only where the law requires it.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Premium or Family subscription. Cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Want to remove some data but keep your account? Delete tasks or comments in the app, leave a household, or email us with what you'd like removed.
